As the title suggests! In an ethylene plant, what adjustments should be made to the quench oil tower when one of the two main quench oil circulation pumps fails, and the backup pump is also unable to start in such a situation? Thank you all for your guidance
Although I don’t know much about the ethylene process, I wonder: since it’s such an important pump, why are there no corresponding protective measures in place? For example, is there a corresponding interlock?
