However, during actual operation, the actual flow rate is 37 cubic meters per minute, and the current drawn is close to the rated value of 324 A. What could be the reason for this? In fact, this pump has been operating at a low flow rate for a long time; previously it was operating at a flow rate of around 32 cubic meters, or even 30 cubic meters, and the current drawn by the pump was only 300A. When such a phenomenon occurs, it should be considered from two perspectives: one is related to the process and the materials used, specifically whether there is an excessive amount of mud present; One aspect is mechanical; it should be disassembled for inspection.
