The company’s pilot plant wants to purchase gear metering pumps, with the flow rate to be controlled by the pump speed. In the pilot plant, the material density ranges from 900 to 1500 kg/m3. Is there any supplier in China whose gear metering pump can maintain an outlet flow rate deviation within 3% under conditions of the same rotation speed, the same head, and different medium densities? The head is calculated at 15 meters. I contacted several suppliers in the area, and all of them said they couldn’t do it. I would like to ask everyone: is this a matter of technical limitations or simply a lack of technical capability?
