Hello everyone. I would like to ask our more experienced colleagues: the pump we purchased is a centrifugal pump with grease lubrication, and there are no oil filling cups or oil level indicators on the bearing housing. But if the worker adds about 1/3 of a bearing box’s amount of oil through the eyelet, could this cause the pump temperature to rise too much and lead to damage?
This oil should be easy to clean, right? Grease and lubricants are used in different environments. This one doesn’t have an oil filling port – how do you know it’s grease?

I’ve contacted the pump manufacturer, and they said that the lubrication method is grease lubrication. However, oil has already been poured in at the site, and there’s a concern that this might damage the pump
