Looking for the specifications related to the maintenance of the rotary piston pump XHB-250! ! Thank you all. Our factory has acquired a batch of rotary piston pumps this year. These pumps experience significant vibration during operation; at 80% load, the horizontal vibration level reaches 9.4 mm/s

It is recommended to contact the supplier to resolve the issue; do not take action on your own to avoid any liability disputes
The issue has been reported to the supplier; since 18 months have passed since the warranty period ended, the supplier is demanding technical service fees on the grounds that the warranty period has expired
It was placed there and only used after such a long time? Well, it’s possible to communicate in that case; the other party can at least provide an analysis of the reasons and solutions, so that one can handle it themselves
May I ask what medium is pumped by this rotary piston pump, and which manufacturer made it?
Has the coupling been checked for alignment? Is it a rotor with rubber on the outside? It’s possible that due to the long passage of time, the rubber has aged, resulting in local damage or delamination; it is recommended to contact the manufacturer for repairs.
This is the inspection report on the rubber material provided by the manufacturer. Based on the inspection after opening the pump, it can be seen that the rubber on the impeller is worn. The medium pumped is crude oil, and the temperature is 50 degrees, which falls within the range that the rubber can withstand. There is no issue with alignment; it’s within 20 threads. I seek help from experts to determine the cause of the rubber failure. The possibility that the impeller temperature becomes too high due to vacuum formation in the pump does not exist, as both the outlet and inlet are fully open when the pump is running, and no steam was used for cleaning the pipeline.
Is the assembly clearance between the two rotors appropriate?
