Which pump components need to be provided by the manufacturer?
Apart from standard components and motors as well as machine seals, it’s best to use original factory spare parts for everything else; of course, reliable imitation parts are also an option
It seems that everything except the fasteners has to be provided by the manufacturer; otherwise, problems will arise!
Confirm with the manufacturer whether they are all standard parts. Generally speaking, the mechanical seals for centrifugal pumps are basically standard components; they can be designed based on existing specifications and purchased separately. For other components, it is recommended to purchase them from the original manufacturer.
Apart from standard parts, everything else is provided by the manufacturer (if requirements are not high, bushings, shafts, etc. can also be manufactured by a processing factory)
If the prices of original parts are reasonable, communication is smooth, and delivery is timely, it’s best to buy original parts whenever possible. Is it not a hassle?:lol
Perhaps the issue of quality responsibility transfer also needs to be taken into consideration
