As shown in the picture, the gear is severely worn. Does anyone have any recommendations for gear pumps? Thank you

Regular maintenance should be carried out to prevent wear and tear.
This is related to the processing medium and the impurities in it. If inhalation increases, adding filtration facilities might help improve the situation.
Use a filter screen or one with a higher mesh size, and also try reducing the viscosity; if there are many impurities, this will result in insufficient suction, and cleaning the filter screen will be difficult
