What are the nitrogen inlet and outlet on an oil-free vertical vacuum pump for?
We have one here, of the claw type; the nitrogen inlet and outlet seem to be for replacement purposes

When suction of the gas for recovery is required, this type of gas can be filled into the inflation chamber. To prevent air from leaking into the gas cylinder and affecting the purity of the gas
It should look good, but it doesn’t work
Blow out the pump body to prevent dust from entering the bearing box and gearbox
