I don’t understand what you mean by operating at 9 Mpa. But the outlet pressure of high-speed centrifugal pumps can be estimated to reach 9M
Canned pumps, with a known maximum pressure of 55 MPa. Canned pumps feature flange sealing, and their design makes it easy to handle high-pressure conditions!

For operating conditions with low flow rates (5 m3/h) and high head pressures (~900 m), in addition to positive displacement pumps, if centrifugal pumps are to be used, high-speed centrifugal pumps and volute pumps are available as options. 1. The head of high-speed centrifugal pumps can reach up to 2100 m; when the flow rate is less than 8 m3/h, backflow may be required, resulting in a slight loss in flow rate. 2. The head of rotary vane pumps can reach up to 1600m, with no minimum flow requirement. 3. Small multi-stage centrifugal pumps can also be used as an option; they can achieve a head of up to 1400 m, but they are not recommended when the flow rate is less than 30 m3/h.
For low flow rates and high head requirements like yours, a diaphragm piston pump is the most suitable option – it also takes up less space. What’s the problem? If the output isn’t high, it’s usually because something is stuck inside the small ball. We have many such pumps here; one of them had its motor keys worn out, and after half a year they wore out again. Two grooves were cut, probably due to misalignment, and then a new one was installed and has been in use ever since.
