Today, I will mainly analyze the precautions for using the Fengqiu sludge pump. The analysis is as follows: 1. Before starting the Fengqiu sludge pump, the suction pipe, bottom valve, and inside the pump body should be filled with water, while the upper part of the pressure gauge buffer should be filled with oil. Also, pay attention to the direction of rotation; if it is opposite to the specified direction, any two phases of the three-phase motor of the sludge pump can be swapped in order to reverse the direction. 2. During startup, no priming water is required; the sealing packing should not be too tight, and adjustments can be made after startup. 3. Under normal circumstances, the pump should be turned off when there is no load. When the pump is shut down for an extended period, all water vents should be opened, the cylinder head should be loosened, and the drain rod of the bottom valve raised in order to remove all sediment from within the pump and its pipelines.
