Explanation of Screw Pump Types I. Single-suction Twin-screw Pumps 1. WQ Modular Twin-screw Pump Performance range: Flow rate: 0.5–260 m3/h; Outlet pressure: 0.1–2.0 Mpa; Operating temperature: 200°C; Rotation speed: 600–1450 r/min; Medium viscosity: 106 mm2/s. Applications: This series of pumps can transport media of various viscosities, whether lubricating or non-lubricating, and are widely used in various industrial sectors and industrial processes. This product features a unique modular structure, enabling convenient and rapid on-line maintenance. This pump also features forward and reverse rotation capability, for which it has been **patented**. Suitable for transporting crude oil, heavy oil, asphalt, tar, resins, rubber, nylon, and other similar materials. 2. WNQ type high-viscosity medium transfer pump: Performance range – Flow rate: 0.2–200 m3/h; Outlet pressure: 0.1–2.0 Mpa; Medium viscosity: ≤105 cst; Rotation speed: 100–950 r/min; Operating temperature: ≤200°C (for WN series, T≤100°C). Applications: Widely used in the fiber industry and acrylic fiber industry for transporting high-viscosity materials. The ideal pump for transporting media with high viscosity, such as residue oils with a viscosity of 760 mm2/s or more, heavy oils, tar, lubricating greases, resins, nylon, rubber, inks, etc. This pump has forward and reverse rotation functions. 3. WKQT type wear-resistant twin-screw pump: Performance range – Flow rate: 0.1–260 m3/h; Outlet pressure: ≤1.0 Mpa; Operating temperature: ≤200°C; Rotation speed: 100–1450 r/min; Medium viscosity: ≤106 mm2/s. Application areas: This pump features a highly wear-resistant Type A surface design, along with gear-driven assistance for transmission. It is particularly suitable for transporting media containing a large amount of solid particles. Such as: crude oil from oil fields, residue oil, polluted oil, coal tar, calcium chloride, etc. Q denotes code for Q structure; Q is used for bearings positioned at the front, N indicates specific properties, N is used for high viscosity, K stands for wear resistance, T refers to packing seals, while the default option represents mechanical seals. II. Cantilever type twin-screw pumps 1. WX cantilever twin-screw pump Performance range: Flow rate: 0.1–200 m3/h; Outlet pressure: 0.1–2 Mpa; Operating temperature: ≤200°C; Rotational speed: 750–1450 r/min; Medium viscosity: ≤106 cst. Applications: This series of products are used as pumps for transporting oils and various media with good lubricity. It can be used for transporting oils of various viscosities. Such as crude oil, residue oil, heavy oil, diesel, polymers, etc. 2. WXB type corrosion-resistant chemical pumps: Performance range: Flow rate: 0.1–120 m3/h; Outlet pressure: 0.1–2.0 Mpa; Operating temperature: ≤200°C; Rotation speed: 100–1450 r/min; Medium viscosity: ≤4x106 m2/s. Such as high-temperature slurry, high-temperature asphalt, high-temperature warm tower oil, etc. III. Double-suction twin-screw pumps 1. WSZ and WSZT types of twin-screw pumps Performance range: Flow rate: 2–3000 m3/h Inlet pressure: -0.08–0.8 Mpa Outlet pressure: 0.1–4.0 Mpa Rotation speed: 750–1450 r/min Medium viscosity: 1–106 mm2/s Medium temperature: -20–200°C Applications: These pumps can be used to transport various liquid media at high flow rates. Among them, WSZ represents a mechanical seal structure, while WSZT represents a packing seal structure; it can also transport small amounts of liquid media containing solid particles. Suitable for the transportation of oil products in large oil tankers, port warehouses, refineries, and similar facilities. 2. WSZB WSZBT type corrosion-resistant twin-screw pump. Performance range: Flow rate: 1–3000 m3/h; Inlet pressure: -0.08–0.8 Mpa; Outlet pressure: 0.1–4.0 Mpa; Rotation speed: 100–1450 r/min; Medium temperature: -20–200°C; Medium viscosity: ≤4x106 mm2/s. Applications: Suitable for transporting corrosive media; the pump head is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, with appropriate corrosion-resistant steels being used for different types of media. WSZB is a mechanical seal, while WSZB is a packing seal. Suitable for the transportation of various chemical media. WSZG type high-temperature fully-jacketed twin-screw pump: Performance range – Flow rate: 2–3000 m3/h; Inlet pressure: -0.08–0.8 Mpa; Outlet pressure: 0.1–3.0 Mpa; Rotation speed: 100–1450 r/min; Medium temperature: -20–450°C; Medium viscosity: 1.0–106 m2/s. Applications: Used as pumps for high-volume, high-pressure transportation over long distances, or as the main supply pump in systems requiring high pressure and large flow rates; suitable for transporting various fluid media that possess a certain degree of lubricity. The WSgK type pump is a specially designed spiral-geometry high-pressure pump suitable for outlet pressures of 4–10 Mpa. 4. WSK WQgK type twin-screw pump: Performance range – Flow rate: 0.1–10,000 m3/h; Inlet pressure: ≤-0.06–0.6 MPa; Outlet pressure: 0–6.0 MPa (the WSGK type can reach 10 MPa); Rotation speed: 750–1,450 rpm; Medium temperature: -20–450°C; Medium viscosity: 100–4,000 mm2/s. Applications: Used as pumps for high-volume, high-pressure transportation over long distances, or as the main supply pump in systems requiring high pressure and large flow rates. Suitable for transporting various fluid media that possess a certain degree of lubricity. The WSgK type pump is a high-pressure pump equipped with a specially designed helical surface, suitable for outlet pressures of 4–10 Mpa. 5. WSZHP type oil-gas mixed transport twin-screw pump: Performance range – Flow rate: 0.5–1200 m3/h; Inlet pressure: ≤4.0 Mpa; Gas content: ≤98% (max: 100%); Pressure ratio: ≤20; Medium temperature: ≤100°C. Applications: Transport of crude oil, natural gas, and water in a three-phase mixture; use in desert oil fields, offshore oil fields, marginal oil fields, as well as for oil and gas transportation on offshore platforms; reducing backpressure to increase production at the wellhead.
