Seek advice on the structural selection for API610 multi-stage pumps? When selecting the BB4 and BB5 pumps, is it mainly based on the head that we make the decision? Is there a recommended cutoff point for this head? Or are there other factors?
The main difference lies in the cost. The BB5 can be regarded as having the BB4 pump installed inside its own cylinder. The BB4 pump is prone to leakage, while the BB5 pump is much more reliable, but it is also significantly more expensive.

There are two operating conditions. Condition 1: inlet pressure is 0.6 MpaG, head is 390 meters, specific gravity of the medium is 1.05, and the material of the wetted parts is 316L; Operating condition 2: Inlet pressure is 3.5 MpaG, head is 250 meters, specific gravity of the medium is 1.05; the material of wetted parts is 316L ; Can the pump model BB4 handle these two operating conditions?

BB4 is generally used for water. The demarcation line between BB3 and BB5 is set at a head of 800 meters. BB5 double-shell, for hazardous media.
For these two operating conditions, BB4 is sufficient. The temperature parameter conditions need to be taken into consideration.
