Corrosion-resistant pumps can be used to pump air and other corrosive gases that do not contain solid particles. They can also be used to transfer various organic or inorganic acid solutions that lack suspended particles or crystals, thereby creating a negative pressure within sealed containers. These pumps are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textile processing, metallurgy, and electronics for applications such as vacuum pumping, vacuum filtration, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, vacuum evaporation, vacuum distillation, and vacuum crystallization. They help to address the issue of leaks of toxic and harmful gases and liquids, ensuring compliance with environmental emission standards. Installation method: 1. When installing the pump, select a solid horizontal surface, keep the unit vertical, and secure it in place. 2. Try to avoid installing the machine outdoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it should be covered with a protective cover; if the pump is equipped with an electronic controller, it must also be protected. 3. Before piping, the chemical properties, temperature conditions, and pumping head to be used should be considered in order to select appropriate pipe fitting materials that meet the actual requirements. For example: when the temperature is above 60°C, PP pipe fittings should be used for installation. 4. When installing piping, care should be taken to ensure that no impurities or debris remain inside the pipes; if necessary, the pipes should be cleaned with clean water. 5. The flange joints should be lined with gaskets and securely locked to prevent air from entering the pump. 6. When installing the pipes, care should be taken to avoid twisting them forcefully; after installation, check whether the pump has been distorted or deformed due to excessive force or improper installation methods. 7. After the pump is installed, verify again that the pipelines are secure to prevent damage caused by vibrations. 8. Before connecting the power cable, ensure that the power supply used is compatible with the motor type, and install an overcurrent protection switch. 9. If the height of the outlet piping is above that of the motor or if back pressure is present, please install a check valve at the pump outlet; ensure that the installation location is not too far above the liquid level line. 10. For safety reasons, a filter screen is installed at the inlet of the device to prevent foreign objects from being drawn in and damaging the pump. 11. The inlet connection flange must have the same diameter as the inlet flange, and the outlet connection flange must have the same diameter as the outlet flange. Warning: Being too tight or too loose can affect traffic performance and even security. Please make sure that all nuts are tightened properly; loose nuts can cause liquid leakage, while over-tightening may lead to the nuts coming loose and getting damaged. Please have someone familiar with the installation method of this machinery perform the installation. 12. The operating voltage for the pump motor can be found on the motor nameplate. The circuit connection diagram can be found on the motor connection box.
