Hello everyone, I’m Yang from Wolm. Today I’ll take you to the level-1 testing bench at our factory in Zibo to see the testing process of BB5! The underground tank has a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters; the BB5 pump features a BB4 back-to-back structure core package, along with an 800-kilowatt motor. The API specifies that vibration should not exceed 3 mm/s, and the vibration levels we measured are far below this value. The drive side experiences horizontal vibration of 1.2, vertical vibration of 1.5, and axial vibration of 1.0. The horizontal vibration at the non-driving end is 0.8, vertical vibration is 1.2, and axial vibration is 0.7. The API specifies that during four hours of machine operation, the temperature rise in the bearing housing should not exceed 39 degrees Celsius. At a room temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, the temperature rise was only 12.6. The multi-stage pump has a flow rate of 135 m3/h, a head of 90 m per stage, a rotational speed of 2980 rpm, and a test efficiency of 71.9%, which is 2 percentage points higher than the efficiency value specified for Class A in GB/T13007 \"Efficiency of Centrifugal Pumps\".
