Recently, CSIC 711 Institute successfully won bids for multiple screw compressor units for a large-scale soda ash project overseas. The core boosting equipment for this project uses oil-free liquid-injected screw compressors developed and produced by the 711 Institute; energy-saving operation is achieved primarily through steam turbines, with electric motors serving as backup drives. The compressor features a skid-mounted design, offering a compact structure and minimal space requirement, thus enabling it to meet the diverse needs of users in a flexible manner. In recent years, 711 Institute has actively promoted its competitive industries to go global, accumulating rich experience in fields such as oil field exploitation, petrochemicals, and soda ash and fertilizers, thereby earning a good reputation in the international market. Once completed, this project will effectively fill the gap in the local soda ash industry, and it will be beneficial for ensuring local food self-sufficiency (by increasing the production of compound fertilizers through ammonium chloride), promoting green economic development (through the reuse of carbon dioxide), and reducing foreign exchange expenses associated with fertilizer raw materials.
