Sanding Holding Group’s 20-billion-yuan project to be established in Ningdong】On August 9, the signing ceremony for Sanding Holding Group’s integrated caprolactam-polymerization-nylon production project in Ningdong was held in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. The total investment in this project is 20 billion yuan. Once it is completed and put into operation, it is expected to generate an annual output value of 40 billion yuan and annual profits and taxes of 2 billion yuan. The caprolactam-polymerization-nylon integrated industry project will establish a path for the integrated development of coal-based chemicals and petroleum-based chemicals, facilitate the extension and integration of the industrial chain, and drive the industry toward diversification, clustering, and higher-end development. Once the project is implemented, it will further strengthen the synthetic fiber industry in the Ningdong area, helping to develop four major industrial clusters there: spandex, aramid, nylon, and bio-based cellulose. In recent years, the Ningdong base has been making greater efforts to attract investment in downstream industries, with a focus on extending the industrial chain, fostering industrial clusters, and improving quality and efficiency. This signing is an important step and a significant achievement in the Ningdong base’s efforts to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading as well as to promote high-quality development. Founded in 1994, Sanding Holding Group is a large-scale corporate group that focuses on physical industries such as nylon and ribbons, while also engaging in sectors like finance, cross-border trade, and tourism. Over the past two decades, Sanding Holding Group has grown steadily, achieving a historic transformation from starting out in the ribbon manufacturing business and experiencing rapid development in nylon production to expanding its operations across the entire fiber chemical industry chain, as well as shifting from a single-industry focus to a diversified industrial structure. At present, the group has a registered capital of 5 billion yuan. It owns more than 20 wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries, with over 20,000 employees. Its total assets amount to over 20 billion yuan, its net assets exceed 10 billion yuan, and its revenue is close to 20 billion yuan. To date, Sanding Holding Group has topped the list of the top 50 industrial enterprises in Yiwu for 12 consecutive years, and has been included in the list of China’s top 500 private enterprises for 5 consecutive years.
Ningdong has done a good job at attracting investment
Making a hundred billion times more profit is highly idealistic.
Over the course of more than a decade, the Ningdong industrial complex has evolved from a barren area into a modern heavy-industry park.
Another company expanding from the downstream to the upstream side – is integration a trend?
From planning to implementation, there is still a long way to go
Has the target changed? ------------------------ Sanding Group plans to build a caprolactam production facility in Dafeng City. http://www.te*ndex.com.cn/ November 9, 2012, 09:21 – Textile Network On November 5, Ni Feng, Secretary of the Dafeng City Party Committee, met with Ding Zhimin, Chairman of China Sanding Holding Group, in Hangzhou to discuss ways of accelerating the construction of Sanding’s project in Dafeng. Sanding Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise that operates across multiple sectors, featuring diversity and an international outlook. Its business activities cover five areas: chemical fibers, petrochemicals, hotel management, ribbons, and finance. It has established a complete industrial chain for \"benzene to ribbons,\" with a production capacity of 11 billion yards of colored ribbons, 180,000 tons of nylon filaments, and 70,000 tons of nylon chips per year. Currently, the group plans to build a petrochemical project in Dafeng City that will have an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of caprolactam, with a total investment of 25 billion yuan; various preparatory works prior to the start of construction are being carried out at full speed.
It seems that agreements are being signed everywhere --------------------------------------- A project to invest 20 billion yuan and produce 600,000 tons per year of caprolactam has been established in Pingdingshan. Time: 2018-07-31 08:28:27 Source: Zhongyuan Economic Network—Henan Economic News 【Report from Zhongyuan Economic Network】 (Reporters from Henan Economic News: Kong Fanzhe, Jina) On July 28th, the signing ceremony for the investment contract for the 600,000 tons per year “caprolactam–polymerization–spinning” integrated project was held in Zhengzhou, attended by the People’s Government of Pingdingshan City, Sanding Holding Group, and China Pingmei Shennma Group. It is reported that the total investment for this project is expected to be 20 billion yuan, with a total output value of 40 billion yuan, and it will create employment for over 10,000 people. This project is the largest single-industry investment project brought to Pingdingshan to date. It is planned to be implemented in two phases: the construction of the first phase is scheduled to be largely completed within 3 years after the land for that phase is officially designated, while the construction of the second phase is intended to be largely finished within 4 years after its land is officially designated. The project is expected to generate an output value of 40 billion yuan and create a large number of new jobs. Once completed, the scale of the nylon 6 industry will rank first in the world, and the development framework of major nylons, with nylon 66 and nylon 6 complementing each other, will become even more stable. This project represents a crucial step in leveraging the strengths of all parties involved to achieve a powerful partnership, thereby building a comprehensive nylon industry ecosystem. It allows for full utilization of the market advantages held by the industry leader Sanding Company in the downstream applications of nylon 6, as well as the resources, technology, and talent strengths of Pingmei Shenma Group. This enables rapid expansion of the entire nylon 6 production chain and an increase in the scale of the caprolactam industry. It holds great significance for improving Pingmei Shenma Group’s nylon 6 production chain, accelerating the development of China’s \"Nylon City,\" and promoting the transformation and development of Pingdingshan City. Zhou Bin, Secretary of the Pingdingshan Municipal Party Committee, said that once the project is completed, it will further promote the clustered development of industries related to new nylon materials. It will lay a solid foundation for Pingdingshan to build a billion-yuan-scale industry base for new nylon materials, and it is of great significance for accelerating Pingdingshan’s transformation from a coal storage area in the Central Plains into a hub for nylon production in China, as well as for helping the city and even the province of Henan achieve higher-quality economic development.
