This is an oil refinery. Can it be designed this way on land?
I think in the future there will be no need for land reclamation; it’s sufficient to build platforms like this directly. Then, finished oil storage facilities are built on land; crude oil is loaded from Iran and transported back, to be unloaded as finished oil upon arrival. :lol:lol
