Welcome everyone to share, discuss, and exchange, cheer for Made in China, and cheer for chemical equipment! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * In March 2019, the third high-level docking meeting for the gasifier and methanol synthesis tower equipment of the Shenhua Yulin Circular Economy Coal Comprehensive Utilization CTC-1 project and the witnessing ceremony for the delivery of the first gasifier were held at Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. of Harbin Electric Group. The gasifier is currently the coal-water slurry gasifier with the largest coal input in the world. It is understood that the Shenhua Yulin project includes 5 units of coal-water slurry gasifier equipment and 2 units of domestically replaced David methanol synthesis tower equipment. The gasifier equipment has a daily coal input capacity of 3,000 tons, making it the coal-water slurry gasifier with the largest coal input capacity in the world. The methanol synthesis tower of this project uses Davie technology and is designed and manufactured by Harbin Electric Boiler. It breaks the monopoly of foreign countries in the design and manufacturing of this product and achieves localization. At present, the methanol synthesis tower has entered the key manufacturing stage of pipe penetration.

At 17:56 on December 10, the F# gasifier of Yanzhou Coal Mining Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. of Shandong Energy Group was successfully put into trial operation at one time, marking that the world's first multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste boiler gasifier has officially entered the stage of trial operation under load. The multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste boiler gasifier is the core equipment of modern coal chemical gasification. As an important achievement of the energy group's coal gasification field leading the development of the industry with scientific and technological innovation during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, this type of gasifier was developed by the original Yankuang Group and East China Jointly developed by the Polytechnic University, the furnace is 45.75 meters long, has an inner diameter of 4.2 meters, weighs 737 tons, and has a daily coal processing capacity of 2,000 tons. It has the advantage of high carbon conversion rate and its energy utilization efficiency is greatly improved compared to traditional quench gasification furnaces. The high-temperature synthesis gas recovers most of its sensible heat through the waste boiler in the gasification furnace, and the by-product is ~100t9.8Mpa high-pressure steam per hour, which can reduce the investment in the construction of public engineering boilers and is in line with * * Energy conservation and emission reduction development policies. During the construction of the project, the company was rigorous and realistic, united and collaborated, worked hard and dedicated, bravely climbed to the top, and always adhered to the "four major controls" of safety, quality, progress, and investment. On May 31, the main body of the gasifier was successfully hoisted in one go. ; On June 16, all hoisting operations were completed ; On November 10, the pipeline pressure test was completed ; On November 28, the system was purged and cleaned and entered debugging. ; On December 10, the one-time material input and test run was successful. The successful application of the world's first multi-nozzle opposed semi-waste boiler gasifier has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent commercial promotion of this type of gasifier. It reflects the energy group's comprehensive strength in the field of core coal gasification technology and contributes to the development of core coal gasification technology across the country!
