The past decade has been a period of rapid development for China’s chemical industry, marked by the emergence of many new processes, products, and equipment. There has also been significant progress in China’s chemical processing equipment, which has contributed to the swift advancement of the petrochemical sector. Here, we have compiled some of the achievements and breakthroughs made by Chinese equipment manufacturers in terms of larger-scale production and greater use of domestic equipment. We invite everyone to share their insights and engage in discussions, to cheer for Made in China and to support the development of chemical processing equipment! *********************************** The core technology of Rongxin Chemical’s Phase II project makes use of the multi-nozzle opposed water-coal slurry gasifier, which was developed under the **Key R&D Program in 2017 and for which Yankuang Group holds independent intellectual property rights. This gasifier is capable of processing 4,000 tons of coal per day, and it is currently the largest water-coal slurry gasifier in the world in terms of daily coal processing capacity. Each gasification furnace is 25 meters tall, has an inner diameter of 4 meters, and weighs 400 tons; it was manufactured by Dalian Jinzhou Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
