Thanks to the efforts of all parties involved, the unit was successfully loaded and shipped recently. It is understood that this gasification furnace was designed by China Global Engineering Corporation and manufactured by Lanxing Machinery; it is intended to be put into use in Shenhua Ningmei’s 4 million tons per year coal indirect liquefaction project. Its internal components are supplied by Siemens of Germany, and Blue Star Machinery is responsible for the final assembly before the entire unit is shipped. “This Ningmei furnace weighs over 300 tons. It is not only a key component in large-scale coal chemical projects but also an energy-saving device. However, due to its massive size, the complexity of its design calculations, and the great difficulties involved in its manufacturing, the related engineering technology has been monopolized by foreign companies, resulting in slow progress in domestic production. ”The project leader of the company said that Lanxing Machinery, as the largest chemical equipment manufacturing enterprise in the western region, has made bold attempts in this area. In recent years, the company has successfully developed devices such as the Lu gas furnace and WHG gasification furnace, accumulating considerable experience in manufacturing such high-end, precision equipment. Through further research on design and manufacturing processes, as well as the development of specialized manufacturing equipment, the company’s most skilled professionals were brought together; after more than half a year of effort, the first casing was successfully manufactured. This time, the company produced 6 Ningmei furnaces together. The development of this project is in line with the industrial policies aimed at encouraging such initiatives; it boasts broad market prospects, and its technology is at an advanced level in China. It is of great significance for promoting the development of coal chemical technology in our country and accelerating the localization of coal chemical equipment.
