Replies will be rewarded; discussions are welcome. ------------------------------------------- In September 2021, good news came from CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Plant: the core equipment of the 1.5 million tons per year aromatic compounds production facility, namely the xylene tower, which was manufactured by Zhanghua Machinery, was successfully installed in place. This facility is the largest petrochemical unit owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation. The successful installation of the xylene tower marks a new phase in the construction of the Huizhou Petrochemical Facility Optimization and Upgrading project. The total height of the xylene tower is 115.88 meters, which is equivalent to the height of 41 floors ； The diameter is 10.8 meters, the net weight of the tower is 2460 tons, and the lifting capacity is 3040.5 tons. This tower is also a major petrochemical equipment item shipped as part of the Zhanghua Machine package. In June 2020, Zhanghua Ji undertook the contract, with a project duration of 12 months. On June 25, 2021, all manufacturing tasks were completed, and all inspections and tests passed successfully, making the product ready for shipment. It has received high praise from the client for its excellent product quality and strict adherence to delivery deadlines. The successful delivery and installation of this xylene tower signify that Zhanghua Machinery remains at the forefront of China’s field of custom-made high-end equipment manufacturing, when it comes to producing towers with extremely large diameters and heavy weights!
