This pump is the first domestic long-axis thermal salt pump successfully applied in a 100MW solar thermal project. It has been running reliably for 9 months since December 6, 2021, marking the successful localization of the long-axis thermal salt pump. On December 6, 2021, the installation and commissioning of the above-mentioned long-axis hot salt pump was completed. Both parties conducted on-site acceptance of the pump. After acceptance, the pump was used as the main pump to participate in power generation. Acceptance result display: The pump has a wide stable operation range and can adapt to frequent startup conditions. In June 2022, the pump ran continuously for 262 hours, further verifying that Jinan Huawei hot salt pump can operate continuously and reliably for a long time.
Jinan Warwick, which has been focusing on the production of molten salt pumps for 17 years, has previously provided a long-axis temperature-regulating pump for the Hami tower-type 50MW solar thermal power generation project of CLP Engineering.
