Winning bids for reactor purchases: For the procurement of the No. 1 carbonylation reactor, the winning bidder was Zhanghua Machinery (Suzhou) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 83.58 million yuan; for the No. 2 carbonylation reactor, the winning bidder was Shanxi Yangmei Chemical Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 86.88 million yuan. For the hydrogenation reactor, the winning bidder was Lanzhou Lanshi Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 57.86 million yuan. 2. Latest purchases of utility equipment: Procurement of a combined dry-wet closed-loop cooling tower along with related facilities (gasification and purification circulating water station). One set of integrated dry-wet closed-loop cooling tower, along with a gasification and purification circulating water station with a capacity of 28,000 m³/h. This includes, but is not limited to, all services related to the entire process: supply of equipment (including all instrumentation and installation materials within the relevant electrical and mechanical areas, as well as complete sets of equipment such as PLCs and spray water pumps), relevant documentation, inspection, transportation, unloading, installation, all lifting operations, commissioning, technical training, operating procedures, maintenance plans, and after-sales service. Purchase of a wet-dry combined closed-cycle cooling tower and related facilities (air separation boiler circulating water station): one wet-dry integrated closed-cycle cooling tower for the air separation boiler circulating water station (20,000 m³/h). This includes, but is not limited to, all services related to the entire process: supply of equipment (including all instrumentation and installation materials within the relevant electrical and mechanical areas, as well as complete sets of equipment such as PLCs and spray water pumps), relevant documentation, inspection, transportation, unloading, installation, all lifting operations, commissioning, technical training, operating procedures, maintenance plans, and after-sales service.
