The company has established an energy conservation and emission reduction management network that spans from the top leadership to various functional departments and down to the production front lines. At the same time, the company also integrates various low-grade heat sources within its plant facilities to efficiently recover thermal energy for urban heating, thereby benefiting local residents and demonstrating the responsibility of state-owned enterprises. Strengthen research on energy-efficient electricity use. The company has made significant efforts in researching energy-saving technological upgrades for equipment and optimizing operating methods, comprehensively improving its power consumption systems; it replaces high-power motors with hydraulic and steam turbines, and uses variable-frequency motors in place of traditional motors. At the same time, measures for staggered power generation and consumption are formulated and strictly implemented based on **grid load. Through research on projects such as frequency conversion energy-saving upgrades for boiler fans, energy-saving improvements to the circulating water system, and optimization of the operation mode of carbon dioxide units, nearly 50 million kWh of electricity is saved each year.
