The contract for Bayannur Dongli Group’s project to produce 200,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon per year was signed on May 8, 2023. He Weihua, Secretary of the Bayannur Municipal Party Committee; Feng Aixia, Executive Vice Mayor; Suyalatu, Secretary of the Ulaat Qian Banner Party Committee; Shi Wangqing, Executive Vice Banner Head; along with responsible officials from relevant municipal departments, attended the signing ceremony for Dongli Group’s project to produce 200,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon per year in Wuhan. The person in charge of Jiangsu Guosheng Group was invited to attend. The signing ceremony was presided over by Su Yalatu, former secretary of the Ulaat Qian Banner Party Committee. Shi Wangqing, executive deputy head of the banner, represented the people of the banner to sign the agreement on site with Chen Wen, general manager of Dongli Group.
