Phase 1 of the project involves the construction of a facility for producing 40 tons of high-purity electronic-grade fluorinating agents ； Phase II project for the production of 360 tons of high-purity electronic-grade fluorinating solution ； Ultimately, a production capacity of 400 tons per year of high-purity electronic-grade fluorination solutions was achieved ；
