Location: East Area of Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park (Port-side Industrial Zone within Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone)
Total Investment: The total investment amounts to 1,079,578 million yuan, of which approximately 500,000 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 4.63% of the total investment.
Land Area: 639,771.2 m2 (approximately 960 mu), of which 129,754.39 m2 is covered by green spaces, giving a greening rate of around 20% of the total land area used for this project.
Construction Period: The construction will take 3 years. The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of June 2026, while Phase 2 is expected to be completed and operational by the end of December 2027. In terms of the scale of construction: the project will be carried out in two phases. For Phase 1, one natural gas-based hydrogen production line, one 35% hydrogen peroxide production line, one hydrolysis-based ** production line, one caprolactam production line, as well as auxiliary production facilities will be built. This will enable an annual production capacity of 340,000 tons of caprolactam (99,000 tons for internal use in Phase 1 and 241,000 tons for sale; Phase 2 will meet its own needs), 360,000 tons of 35% hydrogen peroxide per year (for internal use), 320,000 tons of ** per year (314,000 tons for internal use in Phase 1 and 0.6 tons for sale; Phase 2 will meet its own needs), and 25 KNmh of hydrogen (for internal use). Phase 2 will include one diamine production line, four nylon 6 production lines (three for producing nylon 6 fiber-grade chips and one for producing nylon 6 engineering plastic chips), seven nylon 66 production lines, two nylon 666 production lines, one o-phenylphenol (OPP) production line, as well as auxiliary production facilities. This will result in an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of hexamethylenediamine (for internal use), 200,000 tons of nylon 6, 60,000 tons of nylon 66, 10,000 tons of nylon 666, and 0.4 tons of o-phenylphenol (OPP). Upon the completion of both phases, the production capacity will amount to 200,000 tons per year of nylon 6, 60,000 tons per year of nylon 66, 10,000 tons per year of nylon 666, and 0.4 10,000 tons per year of o-phenylphenol.
