Huajin Amei Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Engineering Project Starts Tank Water Filling Test Recently, the fine chemicals and raw materials engineering project began to conduct water filling tests on 163 vertical storage tanks in the crude oil tank area and intermediate tank area, and the storage tank construction entered a new stage. The water filling test of the storage tank is an important measure to check the construction quality of the storage tank. During the test, the builder continued to measure the basic settlement of liquid levels at different heights in the tank and continued to track and detect the condition of the tank to ensure that the settlement value at each monitoring point was controlled within the design range. After 48 hours of filling with water to the highest level, there was no abnormal deformation of the tank wall and no leakage of the welds, confirming that the strength and tightness of the tank reached the qualified standards. Since the start of construction, the company has carefully planned the storage tank construction arrangements, kept a close eye on the progress nodes, strictly implemented the management requirements of "standardization of construction management, standardization of safety management, and standardization of quality management", adopted zoning operations, cross-construction and other methods to reasonably arrange the construction sequence, and successively completed the basic construction, tank bottom, tank wall, tank roof and accessory installation and welding, laying a solid foundation for carrying out the tank water filling test as scheduled. At present, water testing of 14 storage tanks has begun, and it is expected that it will take 2 months to complete the water filling test of all vertical storage tanks.
