At noon on May 19th, under the scorching sun, at the site of the Sichuan Petrochemical RTO waste gas treatment system project carried out by the Dalian branch of Kunlun Engineering, concrete pump trucks pumped out the final batch of concrete, completing the pouring of the ground surface. Although the colors of the surface varied due to differences in the timing of concrete pouring, the entire site formed a unified structure made entirely of concrete, with a grand and imposing appearance. The completion of the floor construction marks the successful finish of the project’s civil engineering works. To ensure effective coordination of construction activities, from the outset of the project, the project team focused intensely on the three key elements of focusing on objectives and goals, pooling intellectual resources, and gathering necessary resources. Procurement focuses on the funds returned after equipment orders are placed, in order to create conditions for the rapid completion of design work ; Once the design is completed, the designers send the drawings to the site as soon as possible to support on-site construction. With the concerted efforts of everyone in the project team, the submission of the foundation construction drawings was ensured, laying a solid foundation for on-site construction. The drawings are available, and the necessary conditions for construction have been met; however, it remains a question whether a construction work order can be issued on site. Since the construction site is located within an operating facility, meeting strict local safety regulations is another challenge faced by the construction work. To ensure the full progress of construction work, the project team and local units worked together to assess the situation on site on a daily basis. Based on the construction requirements, they formulated project plans that had to be strictly followed, thereby ensuring the successful achievement of the project objectives. Through meticulous effort, a high-quality brand image will be created.
