On May 26, at the construction site of the 300,000 tons per year HDPE (polyethylene) production facility in the second phase of Yulin Zhongmei Project, which is being built by the First Construction Company of the engineering construction firm, 350 officials and employees from the Yulin Zhongmei project team were working with great enthusiasm during this \"golden period\" for construction. They were striving to take control of production and operations and to meet the goal of achieving significant progress within the first half of the year. There was a strong drive throughout the project to seek new developments and make new breakthroughs. 　　The China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base project is the first coal chemical project approved in China following the implementation of the \"dual carbon\" strategic goals. It is the only state-owned enterprise-led coal chemical project to be recognized by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment as a \"model case for environmental impact assessment of greenhouse gas emissions.\" This project incorporates concepts such as green and low-carbon development, high-end diversification, and digital transformation; through the integration of various processing technologies and the complementary use of different energy sources, it reduces material and energy consumption significantly while improving the efficiency of resource conversion. The 300,000 tons per year HDPE (polyethylene) plant built by this company is an important part of the China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base project. As of May 26, 21,200 cubic meters of concrete had been poured for this project, representing 79% of the total work completed so far ； 3.9 kilometers of pipeline installation work have been completed, representing 100% of the total.
