Construction Scope: Construction of a production facility capable of producing 35,000 tons per year (on a dry basis) of polyolefin elastomer (POR), along with related supporting facilities. This includes the main construction works, storage and transportation facilities, as well as environmental protection measures. The utility systems such as steam, power supply, water supply, deionized water, process air, instrument air, and nitrogen are provided by Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., while the auxiliary facilities such as circulating cooling water stations, chilled water stations, refrigeration units, and fire protection systems, along with the environmental protection measures, are constructed on-site.
