The 100,000 tons per year polyacrylamide project of Daqing Refining and Chemical Branch in Daqing High-Tech Zone: This project is located in the High-Tech Industry Development Zone of Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, and was invested in and constructed by Daqing Refining and Chemical Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation. Build a new 80,000 tons/year acrylamide plant and a 100,000 tons/year polyacrylamide plant, and upgrade the existing ammonium sulfate plant and its supporting facilities. The project investment amount is 1,129.75 million yuan.
