Construction Details: The project covers an area of approximately 419 mu, with a total built-up area of around 200,000 square meters. New facilities include Class A factories, Class C factories, Class A warehouses, Class C warehouses, and a R&D building. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of polyester polyols, 300,000 tons of polyether polyols, 100,000 tons of polyurethane compounds (A and B), 50,000 tons of polyurethane adhesives, 60,000 tons of polyurethane elastomers, 10,000 tons of catalysts (monobutyl tin oxide, dibutyltin maleate, dioctyl tin oxide), 20,000 tons of plasticizers (adipic acid and benzate esters), 10,000 tons of flame retardants (TPEP), 40,000 tons of modified polyurethane acrylates, 40,000 tons of water-based polyurethanes, 40,000 tons of waterproof coatings, and 200,000 tons of polyurethane industrial carriers. Progress milestone: September 18, 2025 – Project registration has been approved.
