Construction Scope: The project will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, 60 mu of new land will be acquired for the construction of Class A production workshops and Class A warehouses, enabling the production of 37,100 tons of functional materials for solid-state batteries (15,000 tons of acrylic and ester-based functionalized water-based adhesives, 600 tons of powdered functionalized modified composite nanocellulose dispersants, 15,000 tons of liquid functionalized modified composite nanocellulose dispersants, 2,500 tons of styrene-acrylic emulsion-based water-based adhesives, 1,500 tons of new type of composite functionalized styrene-butadiene emulsions, 1,000 tons of oil-based functional integrated conductive adhesives, and 1,500 tons of water-based functional integrated conductive adhesives). In the second phase, 39.98 mu of new land will be acquired for the construction of Class A production workshops and Class A warehouses, enabling the production of 37,100 tons of functional materials for solid-state batteries (15,000 tons of functionalized acrylic and ester-based water-based adhesives, 600 tons of powdered functionalized modified composite nanocellulose dispersants, 15,000 tons of liquid functionalized modified composite nanocellulose dispersants, 2,500 tons of styrene-acrylic emulsion-based water-based adhesives, 1,500 tons of new types of functionalized styrene-butadiene emulsions, 1,000 tons of oil-based functional integrated conductive adhesives, and 1,500 tons of water-based functional integrated conductive adhesives).
