The construction of the Kangbao-Caofeidian hydrogen pipeline project is set to begin soon. Recently, a safety assessment meeting for this project was held successfully. During the meeting, the expert group conducted reviews and discussions on aspects such as the design pressure of the pipeline, the selection of pipe materials, the placement of valve rooms, the shutdown systems, and the control methods. After thorough evaluation, the review experts unanimously agreed that the project’s technical approach is mature and reliable, its safety and control systems are sound, and it meets the requirements for implementation. After the pipelines are put into operation, a management model of \"centralized monitoring, comprehensive inspections, centralized maintenance, and unified emergency command\" will be adopted to achieve intelligent scheduling and efficient operation and maintenance. It is understood that on December 25, 2023, the Kangbao-Caofeidian hydrogen pipeline project was approved for registration.
