Project Owner: Inner Mongolia Yingjie Alcohol-Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Total Investment: 530 million yuan. Current Progress: Project registration completed. Construction Location: Zhalaihe Banner, Xingan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Scope of Construction: Facilities for utilizing green electricity to produce hydrogen; construction of a plant capable of producing 130,000 tons of green hydrogen per year. The project adopts a mature technology pathway for hydrogen production via alkaline electrolysis of water, and includes corresponding facilities such as rectifier transformers, electrolyzers, gas-liquid separation and purification equipment. As for infrastructure and utility systems, new hydrogen production plants, compression stations (if needed), hydrogen storage facilities, a comprehensive office building, substation stations, water supply systems, etc. will be constructed. Progress milestone: On November 4, 2025, the project for producing 130,000 tons of green hydrogen per year, submitted by Inner Mongolia Yingjie Alcohol-Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., was approved for registration (project registration)
