The energy-saving renovation project for dry quenching of coke ovens at Shenhua Bayannur Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the Ganqimaodu Port Processing Park, Wulat Middle Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It was invested and constructed by **Energy Group Coal Coking Co., Ltd. The project consists of two parts: the first part involves the construction of a 1×170-ton/hour dry quenching system, waste heat power generation equipment, systems for connecting the waste heat power generation to the grid, and related auxiliary facilities, to be installed alongside the existing 2×60-chamber carbonization chambers in the first phase of the coking plant operated by Shenhua Bayannur Energy Co., Ltd., with a height of 5.5 meters. Including but not limited to 1×170 tons/hour dry quenching units, waste heat power generation systems, waste heat power generation grid connection facilities, and related auxiliary equipment ； The second is the renovation of the existing coke dust removal system for Line 1 of Phase 1 at the coking plant of Shenhua Bayannur Energy Co., Ltd. (including the dust removal ground stations in the train loading yard, the dust removal station in the coke screening building, upgrades for dust removal in the upper part of the coke screening building, upgrades for dust removal in the lower part of the same building, upgrades for dust removal in the upper part of the train loading yard, upgrades for dust removal in the lower part of that yard, and dust removal upgrades C-7 to C-13 at the transfer station). The project investment amount is 309.05 million yuan.
