Inner Mongolia Dongri New Energy’s 2 million tons per year compacted coke project is located in the Qipanjing Industrial Park in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total investment planned for this project is around 3 billion yuan; it involves the construction of 2×2×50-hole JNDX3-6.25 type compacted coke ovens, with dry quenching technology to be used for extinguishing the coke. The main products of the project are: 2 million tons of coke produced annually, along with by-products such as tar, ammonium sulfate, and crude benzene. The project also plans to build a methanol production facility with an annual capacity of 483,900 tons, based on coke oven gas, as well as a synthetic ammonia production facility with an annual capacity of 119,200 tons, along with the necessary utility systems and auxiliary production facilities. The project mainly includes: the main structure of the dry quenching system for coke, as well as the fabrication and installation of equipment ； Boiler installation and insulation ； Construction of the dry quenching coke unit and 1DC, installation and commissioning of electrical systems ； Dry quenching of coke, electrical installation and commissioning in the power station’s integrated electrical room, dust removal for dry quenching of coke, dust removal from flue gases with high sulfur content, and installation and commissioning of the various electrical systems in the integrated pipeline network ； Installation of thermal equipment pipelines for the dry quenching unit, thermal equipment pipelines in the auxiliary machinery room, thermal equipment networks for the integrated pipeline system, support structures for the integrated pipeline system, and steel structures within buildings ； Tasks related to the fabrication and installation of auxiliary facilities such as water supply and drainage systems, heating systems, coke transportation systems, dust removal systems for dry quenching of coke, and dust removal systems for flue gases with high sulfur content.
