The construction project for Shaanxi Meien’s production line capable of manufacturing 300,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide per year, as well as for the comprehensive utilization of resources, has seen the successful installation of the first extraction tower. Recently, the installation of the first extraction tower was completed in this project, which is under the general contracting of China National Chemical Corporation Tianchen. The achievement of this important milestone marks the official entry of the project construction into the equipment installation phase. The extraction tower being lifted this time serves as the core unit of the hydrogen peroxide production facility; it is responsible for extracting high-purity hydrogen peroxide from crude material. It is 43.7 meters tall and weighs 140 tons. To ensure the safe and efficient progress of the lifting operations, Tianchen Company’s project team adopted \"full-process control and zero-risk operations\" as its core objectives. It took the lead in carrying out comprehensive management across the entire process, including the planning of the tower lifting strategy, foundation inspection, and plan review, thereby laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the lifting task. During the construction, a 420-ton main crane, a 300-ton tail-swinging crane, and a 50-ton crane were used in conjunction to ensure precise alignment of the tower with its foundation; their professional and efficient workmanship won high praise and recognition from the client. The successful completion of the lifting task for the first extraction tower demonstrates fully the technical expertise and collaborative capabilities of Tianchen Company’s project team, and it has provided valuable practical experience for the lifting of other large-scale equipment such as hydrogenation towers, oxidation towers, and purification towers in the future.
