The water wall of Unit 1 of the 3×200t/h corner-tube gas boilers for CNPC’s Blue Sea project has been shipped

Recently, the 3×200t/h corner-tube gas boilers for power stations, customized by Jianlong Chuan Guo for China National Petroleum Blue Ocean New Materials (Tongzhou Bay) Co., Ltd.’s high-end polyolefin new materials project, reached a key milestone – the water wall of Boiler No. 1 was successfully shipped! This is not only the second time that Jianlong Chuan Guo has successfully delivered corner-tube gas boiler products to CNPC Group, following projects such as Tarim Petrochemical and Dalian Xitai, but it also demonstrates its strong capabilities in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing through its proactive approach. This delivery represents a dual breakthrough in terms of the overall modularity and intelligent digitization of the boiler; in particular, the shipment of the water wall in three modular sections is the company’s first instance of such innovation. Its successful shipment represents a key milestone in the process of making Jianlong Chuan pot boilers larger and more modular, and it once again demonstrates the company’s leadership in technological innovation and manufacturing upgrades. Blue Sea New Materials (Tongzhou Bay) Co., Ltd. was established in May 2024; it is wholly owned by China National Petroleum Corporation and is located in the Tongzhou Bay Green Chemical Industry Development Zone in Nantong, Jiangsu. With a total investment of 50 billion yuan, the project plans to build 18 chemical processing units (16 of which will utilize CNPC’s own proprietary technologies). It aims to produce high-end polyolefin materials required in industries such as aerospace and healthcare, striving to establish a top-tier industrial base for high-end chemical materials as well as a platform for the development of cutting-edge technologies.
