Total investment amount: 800 million yuan Current progress: Investment intention agreement signed Location of construction: North of Jingangtai Road and west of Meishanhu Road, Anhui Province Construction details: 2,983 mu of land allocated for the project; Phase 1 covers an area of 600 mu, to be used for molybdenum roasting, molybdenum smelting (including hydrometallurgy), and flue gas recovery ； Phase II covers an area of 400 mu and is used for the processing and manufacturing of molybdenum metal products ； Phase III covers an area of 1,983 mu and is used for the research and development of new products in the molybdenum industry as well as the manufacturing of high-end intelligent equipment. The main facilities to be constructed include a molybdenum concentrate roasting workshop, a flue gas recovery system, a molybdenum concentrate homogenization room, a slag treatment workshop, a wastewater treatment plant, an analysis and testing laboratory, a R&D center, a production data management center, and a R&D center for molybdenum-based new materials. Progress milestone: On November 3, 2025, the contract for the Jinzhai Molybdenum-based New Materials Advanced Processing Base project was successfully signed; local enterprises are working together to create a leading hub for the molybdenum industry in the country (investment intent agreement signed).
