On November 25, Fuqing City released the first public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment for Fuzhou Zhongjing New Materials Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 1 million tons per year of new polycarbonol materials. Fuzhou Zhongjing New Materials Co., Ltd. has entrusted Fujian Petrochemical Industry Design Institute Co., Ltd. with carrying out the environmental impact assessment for its project to produce 1 million tons per year of polycarbonol new materials. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the information related to the environmental impact assessment of this project is now being made public. The public is welcome to participate actively and offer valuable suggestions. Basic Information on the Construction Project (1) Project Name: Fuzhou Zhongjing New Materials’ Annual Production of 1 Million Tons of Polycarbonol New Materials Project ; (2) Project owner: Fuzhou Zhongjing New Materials Co., Ltd ; (3) Nature of construction: New construction ; (4) Geographic location: Jiangyin Port City Economic Zone, Fuqing City, Fuzhou Province, Fujian Province ; (5) Project land area: The land covered by the red line is 220,000 m2, with a total construction area of 20,006 m2 ; (6) Production system: Production workers work in four shifts with three rotations, enabling 24-hour continuous production and 8,000 hours of work per year. The labor quota for this project is 443 people ; (7) Total investment: 6,020 million yuan ;
