On November 28, 20025, the 200,000 tons per year hydrogen peroxide production unit of the Huajin AAME fine chemicals and raw materials project was mechanically completed, and the \"three inspections and four determinations\" process was initiated simultaneously. Of the 32 main production units at Huajin Amei, 28 have already reached mechanical completion, with the overall construction progress exceeding 91%. The main corridor of the hydrogen peroxide project adopted factory-based modular prefabrication, which reduced the construction period by nearly two months. The 200,000 tons per year hydrogen peroxide plant at Huajin Amei was designed, sourced, and constructed under a turnkey contract by a consortium formed by Liebert Engineering and Solvay SA. Libert is responsible for engineering design (including conceptual and detailed design), procurement, and turnkey construction (B+EPC) ； Solvay is responsible for providing the Process Technology Package (PDP) and technical licensing.
