On November 25, the environmental impact assessment report for Guizhou Tianying New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.’s Wuchuan Fluorine-Aluminum Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project was made public prior to submission for approval. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Wuchuan Fluorine-Aluminum Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project； Construction unit: Guizhou Tianying New Materials Technology Co., Ltd ； Investment amount: 500 million yuan. Location of construction: West side of Zhennan Village, Zhennan Town, WuChuan County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province ； Nature of the construction: New construction. Scale and scope of the construction: The project will include the construction of facilities such as a sulfuric acid production area, a fluorination unit area, storage areas for sulfuric acid raw materials and slag, storage areas for slag treatment materials and finished products, sulfuric acid tank areas, acid and alkali tank areas, an anhydrous hydrogen fluoride storage area, and cooling circulation water towers. This will enable the production of 80,000 tons per year of anhydrous aluminum fluoride, 60,000 tons per year of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, and 200,000 tons per year of sulfuric acid from pyrite.
