On October 20, the first public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment for the project on clean and efficient coal utilization in the Fengxin High-Tech Industrial Park was made. I. Basic Information on the Construction Project Project Name: Clean and Efficient Utilization of Coal in Fengxin High-Tech Industrial Park ； Construction type: New construction ； Construction unit: Jiangxi Zhen Gan Blueprint New Energy Co., Ltd ； Construction location: Jiangxi Zhen Gan Blueprint New Energy Co., Ltd., Fengxin High-Tech Industrial Park ； Construction content: The project plans to build a large-scale atmospheric pressure circulating fluidized bed gasifier with a capacity of 70,000 Nm3/h. Using coal as the main raw material, this gasifier will employ circulating fluidized bed technology for clean coal gas production along with the associated equipment, in order to meet the needs for clean coal gas production. A circulating fluidized bed incinerator using fly ash residues from gasifiers was built once; the heat generated by its combustion is used to produce steam, which is then supplied to downstream users through the plant’s pipeline network. Once completed and put into operation, the project will be able to produce approximately 600 million cubic meters of clean gas per year, as well as by-products such as steam, sulfur, and ammonia. Investment scale: The total investment amounts to approximately 440 million yuan, with the funds coming from the company’s own resources
