On December 8, the jacking operation of the dome of Tank No. 3 for the Fujian LNG project, undertaken by Global Engineering Company’s Beijing branch, was successfully completed. For this pneumatic jacking operation, a digital twin monitoring system for jacking has been innovatively introduced. By integrating multiple sensing technologies such as Beidou satellite positioning and laser ranging, it enables real-time monitoring of the jacking posture and displacement throughout the entire process, as well as intelligent early warning. This not only ensures the safety of the pneumatic jacking process but also improves the overall efficiency of the operation.
