Public notice prior to submission for approval of the environmental impact assessment report for Gansu Jindayuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 10,000 tons of fine chemicals per year. Recently, a public notice was issued prior to the submission for approval of the environmental impact assessment report for this project carried out by Gansu Jindayuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The construction unit plans to initiate the construction of a production line for fine chemicals with an annual output of 10,000 tons. The project has successfully obtained the project approval certificate (Yu Fa Gai Bei Fa [2025] No. 218; Project Code: 2507-620981-04-01-660644). The total investment for the project is 200 million yuan; it is located in the Chemical Industry Park of the old urban area in Yumen Economic Development Zone, Gansu Province, and the nature of the construction is renovation and expansion. The project mainly utilizes existing reserved land to build a production line for 2-amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide (referred to as K-amine); upon completion, the main product will be 2-amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide in an output of 10,000 tons per year. The project also includes the construction of 1 workshop and 2 Class B warehouses; other public and auxiliary facilities make use of those already existing. .
