According to a report from Sinochem News, on December 15, the hydrogen fluoride ether project at Tianjin Changlu Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully handed over at an intermediate stage of construction. This was carried out jointly by the East China branch of China National Chemical Engineering 11th Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “11th Chemical Engineering Construction”) and Tianjushi Group, marking the official transition of this project from the construction phase to the production preparation phase. That afternoon, a handover ceremony was held in the project meeting room. 11th Chemical Construction Co., Ltd. jointly signed the \"Interim Project Handover Certificate\" with Changlu Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. and representatives of Tianjushi Group; leaders from Tianjin Bohua Group, Haijing Group, and the other parties involved in the project were present to witness the signing. At the handover ceremony, Yu Renjie, the project manager of 11th Construction Company, said that this handover represents an important milestone in the project’s development, as well as a new starting point for subsequent joint commissioning and operation. The project team will continue to leverage its professional expertise to ensure smooth joint commissioning and reliable operation of the facility, so that it can achieve full capacity and productivity as soon as possible. The hydrogen fluoride ether project at Tianjin Changlu Chemical is a key chemical and new materials project in Tianjin, with a designed annual production capacity of 2,072 tons. Its products are widely used in high-end manufacturing, electronic cleaning, and other fields. The successful completion of this project holds great strategic significance for breaking foreign technological monopolies and improving the level of China’s fluorine chemical industry chain. Upon completion of the construction, the project will enter the stage of trial production preparation and commissioning.
