The hoisting of all the framing columns in the compressor building for the Phase II air separation project of Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical has been successfully completed

On December 21, 2025, the last precast frame column in the compressor building of the second phase of Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical project was accurately placed in position; this was carried out under the general contracting of Sinochem Second Construction Jianlu Company and with the assistance of the fifth lifting command team from Daji Company. This marked the successful completion of all lifting tasks related to the frame columns for this project. It is reported that the final piece to be lifted this time is a precast frame column weighing 109 tons and standing 29 meters tall. At the site, a scientific setup was employed, with a 400-ton crawler crane used as the main lifting device and an 180-ton crawler crane for assisting in the lifting process; after precise positioning and careful adjustment, the hook was successfully removed. Since work began on November 23, the project team spent 28 days not only successfully completing the task of lifting 104 precast columns in 5 factory buildings, but also achieving an excellent result by finishing two days ahead of schedule. They overcame various challenging weather conditions such as strong winds, sudden temperature drops, and snowfall, delivering a high-quality outcome.
