Project Name: Phase II Construction of Zhongshan New Materials’ 68,200 tons/year Polyether Production Facility
Nature of the Project: Expansion
Construction Unit: Jiangsu Zhongshan New Materials Co., Ltd.
Location: No. 158 Fenghua Road, Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing
Project Investment: The total investment amounts to 151,684,700 RMB, of which 2,200,000 RMB is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 1.45% of the total investment.
Land Area: The total land area of the factory complex is 200,434.11 m2. This project does not require additional land; instead, it involves expanding the polyether production unit No. 3 and related auxiliary facilities within the existing land, with an area of 7,500 m2.
Construction Details: This project involves constructing a new polyether (No. 3) production unit and related auxiliary facilities in the existing vacant space within the factory complex. The total construction area is approximately 4,500 square meters, with a total land area of around 7,500 square meters. A total of 10 production lines are designed for this project, covering 6 series of products: • One production line for allyl alcohol polyether series products, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons ; •One production line for low-odor polyether product series, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons ; •One production line for n-butanol polyether series products, with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons ; •One production line for basic polyether series products used in polyether amines, with an annual capacity of 7,500 tons ; •There are two production lines for polyether products used in lubricants, with a combined annual production capacity of 7,500 tons ; •There are four production lines for the polyetheramine product line, with a total annual production capacity of 8,200 tons. Upon completion of this project, an annual production capacity of 68,200 tons will be established, including 60,000 tons for polyether products and 8,200 tons for polyether amine products.
